I’m Glad You’re Here.
I'm a licensed therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience, offering telehealth couples therapy and individual therapy for adults in Florida and California. I specialize in strengthening relationships and helping people navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions with more clarity and confidence.
I incorporate aspects of Gottman Method couples therapy in my work, and I believe our relationships and environments deeply shape our well-being. I work with people of all backgrounds and am very comfortable with family structures of all kinds, including LGBTQIA+ relationships and diverse family dynamics.
My style is warm and supportive, and my first priority is always making sure you feel comfortable enough to open up. There's no judgment here. I make a genuine effort to get to know who you are and what makes you tick.
Getting comfortable is just the beginning of what's possible once we walk through that door together. Meaningful change requires looking honestly at the patterns keeping you stuck, taking responsibility for your part in them, and practicing something different. I won't shy away from the harder conversations when they matter, but you won't face them alone.
I typically work with women and couples navigating relationship conflict, parenting stress, aging parents, divorce or separation, illness, and loss — including caregivers carrying the weight of showing up for others, often at the expense of their own wellbeing. Earlier in my career, I spent years working in oncology and end-of-life care, and that experience deeply informs how I show up for clients facing illness, loss, and the unknown. My goal is always real, measurable progress. The most successful outcome is when clients are thriving and no longer need my help.
I earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northwestern University and a Master's in Social Service Administration and Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago, and hold additional training in Gottman Method principles, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
My role is to create a steady, supportive space where you can speak openly and feel understood.
