I offer therapy for couples, individuals, families, and groups, as well as clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists. Below, you’ll find more information about each service and what working together can look like.

I offer 50-minute sessions focused on understanding both partners and your dynamic together, with 90-minute sessions available depending on your needs and preferences. We usually begin by meeting as a couple, then I’ll spend time with each of you individually to better understand your perspectives.
I incorporate principles from the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach to couples therapy, to help guide our work. From there, I’ll offer feedback and we’ll create a plan to address what’s been challenging in your relationship.
I work with couples of all backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQIA+ partnerships, multicultural relationships, and couples navigating disability, blended families, or nontraditional relationship structures.

I offer 50-minute individual sessions where we start by talking through what you'd like help with. I'll ask thoughtful questions to understand your goals, and we'll create a plan together. Most clients begin meeting weekly, then taper as progress unfolds.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the demands of caregiving, drawing on principles from CBT and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I offer 50-minute sessions that create space for family members to feel heard and better understand one another. Family therapy can be especially helpful during periods of transition, ongoing tension, or when communication at home feels strained.
Using a family systems approach, we look at patterns within the family as a whole and work toward practical changes that support a healthier, more connected home environment.
